Crime Stoppers: Ace Gear Theft
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – On February 9, 2022, we published an article about two robberies in Glasgow, one at Rural King and the other at Walmart.
Crime Stoppers has not received any information leading to an arrest in these cases. But after showing our Crime of the Week information, Crime Stoppers was contacted by Ace Hardware in Bowling Green, who said it appears the same suspect was responsible for a theft of goods from one of their stores.
According to police, on January 22, 2022, the suspect entered the store and entered an area reserved for employees. He took three sets of exercises from Milwaukee and drove off in a waiting car.
The suspect appears to be a Caucasian male wearing blue jeans, a black and white shirt and a camouflage hat. The car appears to be a white 4-door Acura with a different colored rear passenger door and an Air Force decal on the rear window.
