Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and charged an individual in connection with the gunshot vandalism at the Alvarado Square building in Bernalillo County. According to documents filed in the Metropolitan Court early this morning, Noah Tapia surrendered to MPs. Court documents indicate that after Crime Stoppers published a video of an individual shooting a gun in the city center, MPs received numerous tips saying that Tapia was the driver of this vehicle. MPs then said Tapia was pictured on social media holding guns, standing on top of a nearby parking lot where shots were fired towards Alvarado Square. MPs found other photos on Tapia’s social network account of the vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle leaving the parking lot after the vandalism of Alvarado Square. Tapia is charged with the following: Criminal damage to property Shooting at an occupied dwelling or building Conspiracy to shoot at an occupied dwelling or building Tampering with evidence

Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and charged an individual in connection with the gunshot vandalism at the Alvarado Square building in Bernalillo County.
According to documents filed in the Metropolitan Court early this morning, Noah Tapia surrendered to MPs.
Court documents indicate that after Crime Stoppers published a video of an individual shooting a gun in the city center, MPs received numerous tips saying that Tapia was the driver of this vehicle.
MPs then said Tapia was pictured on social media with guns standing atop a nearby parking lot where shots were fired towards Alvarado Square. MPs found other photos on Tapia’s social network account of the vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle leaving the parking lot after the vandalism of Alvarado Square.
Tapia is responsible for the following:
- Criminal damage to property
- Shooting at an occupied house or building
- Conspiracy to shoot an occupied dwelling or building
- Alteration of evidence
