Crime Stoppers wanted person, police are looking for this man
Four local police departments are looking for a Rome man on multiple warrants, including weapons charges. Police are looking for Joseph E. Flock, 40, who is known to have last lived in the Rome area.
Flock is wanted by Oneida City Police for felony possession of a firearm, according to Oneida Police Sgt. Mike Burgess. Burgess says Flock is also wanted by New Hartford Police, Marcy State Police and the Rome City Police Department.
Burgess said Oneida’s warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred around 1:55 p.m. Jan. 2 at a business on Genesee Street in Oneida.
