Haryana Judicial Service Main Examination 2022 postponed by SC to avoid conflict with Judicial Examinations of MPs

A plea was filed by candidates running for both Haryana and Madhya Pradesh judicial exams. The petition has been filed regarding the postponement of the Haryana Mains exam scheduled for 6th to 8th May 2022 due to its clash with the preliminary exam of Civil Judge of Madhya Pradesh, Junior Division (Entry Level).
The case was heard by a bench of Justices Vineet Saran and JK Maheshwari who then passed an Interim Order to postpone the Haryana Court Services Sector Review 2021. The case is now scheduled for May 9, 2022 The Supreme Court ordered the

The 2021 Civil Judge Preliminary Examination of Madhya Pradesh, Junior Division Entry Level is scheduled for May 6. New dates for the Haryana Judicial Services Main Examination 2021 are expected to be released no later than 9th May 2022.
During the hearing, Barrister PS Patwalia appearing for the High Court of Punjab and Haryana had said that the date of the main examination had already been postponed once due to a conflict with the examination Delhi Court Services. In response to this, the bench argued that “if it’s been postponed once, why can’t you do it again?”
The bench proceeded to close all the arguments made against the postponement of the Haryana Judicial Examinations and issued the Interim Order which suspended the date of the examinations.
