The San Marcos Sheriff’s Station and San Diego County Crime Stoppers want the public’s help in identifying and locating a man suspected of shooting.

It happened on May 1 around 1 a.m. in the parking lot of the 49’er Bar and Grill in the 500 block of W. Mission Road in San Marcos. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been shot. No one was hurt. Despite an extensive search of the area, the suspect was not found.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8in tall, weighing 170lbs and with black hair. He wore a white surgical mask, goggles, a gold chain, a black shirt, black pants and white shoes.
