April 26andOn the 2022, shortly after 4 p.m., the Lancaster Police Office responded to the intersection of S. Queen and E. Andrew Street for a reported shooting incident. A 15-year-old Lancaster Township resident was near the intersection and had been shot and injured in the lower torso. During the investigation, it was determined that 16-year-old Jeffrey Moreau was the individual who shot the child victim. Moreau was charged as an adult with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a minor, receiving stolen property, recklessly endangering another person and tampering with or fabrication of physical evidence, all in front of Mr. DJ Jodie Richardson. It should be noted that Moreau has been known to wear a balaclava-style face mask when out in public, in an attempt to conceal his identity. An arrest warrant has been issued against him.

Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Moreau should immediately contact the police. Do not approach him as he may be armed.
