Utica police are looking for a 28-year-old man wanted on a warrant and three recent arrests, according to Sgt. Stan Fernand.
Daniel E. Brown was arrested by the UPD on three charges of criminal contempt in May and June of this year, according to Fernald. He is also wanted on the 2nd Bench’s arrest warrant for criminal contempt from June 9, he said.
Brown is also wanted by New York State Police on open vehicle and traffic warrants, according to Fernald.
