Wilgus, Gary Allen – F2 not registering with PSP

Pennsylvania State Police, Stroudsburg Station, Criminal Investigation Unit obtained a warrant for the arrest of a registered sex offender, Gary Allen WILGUS W/NM dob 02/12/1981, brown hair, hazel eyes, 6’05”, 250lbs, for 18 PA CC 4915.2 A1 – Failure to register with PSP.

WILGUS is an aggravated statutory rape registered sex offender in Tennessee.

WILGUS has prior convictions for failing to register as a sex offender as well as an active arrest warrant in the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas for failing to appear at a regional police department in the area of Stroud, violation of Megan’s law.

WILGUS is known to frequent homeless shelters and camps in the Stroudsburg and Monroe County areas.
